The Earthquake

The hall filled with terrified screams. My heart was going a mile a minute. I started to panic. Children ran around screaming and hiding under chairs. I looked at everyone's terrified faces and heard their shrill screams around me. My body froze in fear.

" EARTHQUAKE DROP COVER HOLD!" yelled Victoria.
A few girls did what she said but the others were frozen in fear, including me. I looked back at my guitar. We were in the hall and I had just finished my lesson as the earthquake struck. I was terrified as the ground shook under my feet. I kept my balance but it seemed like forever. It stopped finally. A few more children walked in.
"Did you feel that!?"
We yelled.
"Feel what?"
They asked.
I sighed as they tried to explain what happened. I guess not then.
